Please read this page before you order
Our Business, thanks to our customers and great reviews, has been growing so much lately that we must try to be as efficient as possible when processing orders. It works best for us and our small crew if you can put all of the details of what you want...model, ohm , color ,open/closed back etc. into an email to us with your visa or master card number and expiration date month and year. If it is a check or debit card, we do need your billing address if different from your shipping address, please include your day phone number in case you've left something out and we need to call you.
it is perfectly ok for us to ship to somewhere other than your billing address...like where you work or to a relatives house where someone will be there to accept the package. This helps to avoid theft from leaving a package on someone's front door step. Some people break up the credit card info into two separate emails for security reasons. I , dave, the owner am the only person who reads the emails and we don't store customer info in the computer. we hand write the receipts the old fashion way so no one can hack your personal info from a computer.
We have a limited amount of people to answer the phones. if you want to phone in your order, please try to know what you want before your call. IF the phone is busy or just rings during business hours pacific time, it means the few lines are busy so please wait a few minutes and try again.
We only use money orders, bank checks, visa or mastercard. we don't use amex, discover or paypal. If you have questions or need technical support before you can order, Please email dave@avatarspeakers.com and we will reply back as fast as humanly possible.
Checks or money orders can be sent with a note with all of the details and your day phone number. We will ship immediately after your payment is received.
Tracking nUmbers: if you would like the FEDEX.com track number for your order, please email and give us the name and address it was shipped to (as opposed to an ebay user name) and the approximate time it was to be shipped. we will do a manual search and reply back with the FEDEX.com track number.
avatar speaker systems
custom speaker cabinets, custom ORDERS, RAW SPEAKERS, or speakerless cabinets are not sold on a trial basis and are not returnable under any circumstances. the reason we don't accept returns on these items is that some guys would love to try every item we have and return it to experiment with something else....and we would end up with a warehouse full of used merchandise. This also ensures that everyone only gets new PERFECT virgin merchandise. (Obviously, this doesn't apply to items purchased in the scratch and dent section of the website.)

- limited Warranty -
All Avatar® products are guaranteed for one year labor and ninety days parts. The limited warranty does not cover product abuse such as over heated speaker voice coils due to amplifier strain, punctured, creased or broken speaker cones. multiple blown speakers are not defects and are deemed as abuse or accident and are not covered by any warranty .
- Shipping info Within the lower 48 states-
Custom Speaker cabs are assembled and generally shipped within a FEW DAYS. Special cabs are the best deals and are usually in stock and ship QUICK. Individual raw replacement speakers ordered before 2 pm pacific time are USUALLY shipped right away. We only ship FEDEX ground insured. We don't do expedited shipping ...ground only. We do not use the U.S.P.S. typical FEDEX Delivery time is usually 7-10 working days, but is not guaranteed by us or FEDEX
- Shipping info outside of the lower 48 states-
We don't do any International shipping. Please see Faq section of website for sales in Canada, holland and australia. We only ship from our factory to the lower 48 states.
